Compassion Training (MBCL)




Would you like to learn to live more from your heart, treat yourself more kindly, consciously cultivate happiness, experience more connection and satisfaction?

During this Mindfulness-based Compassionate Living training you will learn how to develop this and deepen the effect of mindfulness with compassion. It will help you to take more initiative, experience happiness, well-being and resilience, deal with yourself and others in a healthier way and live your best life.

The training consists of 8 sessions of 2 hours.

Individual
Individual training can start at any time.

Dutch group training
    The Dutch Compassion group training starts on May 8.

English group training
    The English Compassion group training starts on October 30.
