Compassion Training (MBCL)

Start 2022 with living from your heart! This will help you to experience more happiness in life, to be kinder with yourself and others, experience more connection and start to be less afraid of making mistakes.

During this follow-up training you will learn valuable exercises to further develop compassion and to deepen the effect of mindfulness with heartfulness.

Compassion is the ability to feel involved in the pain and suffering of ourselves and others, and having the courage and willingness to do something about it. Anyone can train this through practice.
Scientific research shows that there is a strong correlation between compassion and health, well-being and resilience in the face of adversity.

The training consists of 8 sessions of 2 hours.

    The online training Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living (MBCL) costs EUR 450,- and consists an intake interview, 8 online meetings and includes 21% VAT.
