Even if you haven’t practiced mindfulness & compassion in a while, you can always start over, and everything will come back.
During the mindfulness training, you discovered how to create space in your mind, learned to meditate, manage stress, worry, and other discomforts differently, and how to pause and take a step back. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it can be incredibly supportive to practice together and keep this mindful awareness alive.
To help you with this, we organize a 30-minute Mindful Refresher every first Thursday of the month from 12:30 to 13:00. Together, we’ll practice, deepen, and enrich what you’ve already learned.
