Mindfulness is a skill, an attitude to life that can usually be mastered after eight weeks of training.
The primary goal is to bring about a change in attention, communication and attitude in dealing with stress, difficult emotions or pressure, and to bring creativity into work, especially in times of uncertainty and change.
It helps you spend less energy on worries, find more moments of joy, peace and inner silence, increase resilience, focus, efficiency, energy and balance, and experience more moments of awareness.
The training has a special focus on how to integrate mindfulness into daily work and life.
